Information Technology Assistant Manager

About the role

Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is looking for an Information Technology Assistant Manager to lead its IT team and support the hotel's guests and staff. The role combines hands-on IT support with oversight of systems, security and backups, working closely with the IT Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues quickly and supporting hotel staff.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks and telecommunications.
• Monitor system performance, security and backups to protect data integrity.
• Train hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications and security best practices.
• Support installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues.
• Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets and consumables.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on IT contracts and support.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability and a customer-centric mindset.
• Adaptable under pressure, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to data security and compliance.
• Familiarity with hotel applications is an advantage.
