About the role
Cultivay, a childhood development centre, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Specialist to manage medical insurance activities for its patients. The role involves verifying eligibility, processing claims, and liaising with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.
Key responsibilities
- Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Review insurance requirements and ensure all required documents are submitted.
- Monitor claim status and resolve insurance‑related issues.
- Assist with reception duties when needed.
Required profile
- Previous administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance or billing.
- Familiarity with ICD‑10 and CPT coding is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret insurance policies.
- Organised, proactive and strong communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
