Center Director

About the role

The Center Director leads the ambulatory center, acting as an effective change agent while overseeing strategy, business planning, operations, financial management and compliance with national and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the center’s strategic plan in alignment with Fakeeh Care policies.
• Coordinate overall workflow, administration and ensure adherence to accreditation requirements such as CBAHI, JCI and CHI.
• Manage procurement of medications, supplies and equipment according to the center’s scope of work.
• Lead recruitment, staffing and manpower planning in line with approved budgets.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints and DAMA data, creating corrective action plans as needed.
• Track clinical and administrative performance indicators, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Plan and deliver continuing education and training programs based on needs assessments.
• Plan, manage and control the budget for clinic services, resources and facilities, and submit required reports.
• Participate in local and group committees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe, functional environment for patients, visitors and staff and drive staff‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role at recognized medical centers.
• Medical degree (MBBCh or MD); residency training is preferred.
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
