Inventory Health Program Manager

About the role

Amazon Thunder is seeking a motivated Inventory Health Program Manager to join the Supply Chain Execution team in the MENA region. In this internal‑consulting role you will lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that improve inventory health, reduce costs, and launch innovative supply‑chain models.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, transportation, and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope large‑scale projects.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and make go/no‑go decisions for initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and metrics to track progress.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across functions to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
• Partner with technology teams to define and implement required tech changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of program or project management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Experience working in highly cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to own initiatives end‑to‑end and drive measurable impact.
