Investigation Officer – Regional (West)

About the role

Conduct the Fraud Investigation Program and follow the Investigation Manual throughout all stages of investigations. Work professionally to document findings, interview witnesses, and provide clear reports that support disciplinary actions and control improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare working papers that document investigations with supporting forensic evidence.
• Analyze data to provide insights for investigations where applicable.
• Interview suspects and witnesses in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare clear, evidence‑based reports summarizing conclusions, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain organized case files and stay abreast of new developments in fraud investigation and relevant laws.
• Assist in special projects assigned by the Investigation Supervisor.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal ability to work with people at all organizational levels and facilitate corrective actions.
