Investment Manager – Sales

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Investment Manager – Sales role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Investment Manager will identify and engage potential investors and clients, present investment‑focused real‑estate opportunities, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and portfolio analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals and coordinate property viewings for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, institutional clients, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Track sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Contribute to business planning, sales forecasting, and continuous improvement of sales operations in the region.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real‑estate or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities, and ability to work on‑site in Riyadh with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
