Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager (Capital Raising Partner)

About the role

Smart Quotation is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager to lead a SAR 10 million capital raise that will fund the next phase of growth for its AI‑driven industrial procurement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Identify, approach and engage venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Present the investment opportunity and coordinate due‑diligence meetings.
• Lead negotiations and drive the process to a successful closing.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder throughout the fundraising journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record of raising capital for startups or high‑growth companies.
• Established network of active investors in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of venture‑capital dynamics and startup fundraising.
• Experience in investor relations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
