IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, deploy and manage our on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, performance and security of servers, storage, virtualization and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Windows and Linux servers, storage systems and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Monitor system performance, capacity and availability to guarantee optimal uptime.
• Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management using PowerShell, Bash and Ansible.
• Deploy and manage workloads in Azure, AWS and GCP, focusing on cost efficiency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to apply patching, access control and compliance standards.
• Implement backup, replication and disaster‑recovery solutions and participate in business continuity planning.
• Work closely with application, DBA and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date infrastructure documentation, SOPs and architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, VCP‑DCV, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
