IT Manager – Automotive Division

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the Information Technology function for the Automotive Division in Saudi Arabia, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and ensuring robust, secure, and innovative IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: plan and oversee new IT projects, maintenance and upgrades for communications, networks and security.
• Infrastructure & operations: deploy and maintain IT PTI centre infrastructure; manage Microsoft enterprise environment (Licensing, AD, O365, Azure).
• Cybersecurity & communications: oversee solutions such as Cisco Meraki, Crowdstrike and Splunk.
• Project management & innovation: design, develop and implement new projects within the division.
• Governance & compliance: ensure adherence to group IT policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: work with other divisions and international teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Team leadership: mentor, develop and inspire a high‑performing IT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior IT management role.
• Proven ability to build IT roadmaps, manage large budgets and interact with C‑level executives.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
