IT Officer (Saudi National) – Riyadh

About the role

The IT Officer will provide day‑to‑day technical support for employees across Saudi Arabia, ensuring that laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices are ready and functional. The role involves configuring equipment, troubleshooting issues and assisting HR with onboarding new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install, reformat and reconfigure operating systems and business applications.
• Provide first‑line IT support and resolve daily technical issues for users nationwide.
• Support HR with new‑joiner onboarding, including account creation, equipment allocation and workstation setup.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and email‑related problems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of equipment.
• Assist with system upgrades, security updates and other IT projects as needed.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and support users across multiple locations.
