IT Project Coordinator

About the role

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is seeking a motivated IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale digital transformation project across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating activities between the consultancy, technology partners and the client, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities between Eunoia, technology partners and the client.
• Track project milestones, tasks, deliverables and deadlines.
• Follow up with partners and project teams on outstanding activities.
• Monitor project progress, highlight delays, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, trackers, action logs and status reports.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and action items.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Support communication between business, technical and operational teams.
• Monitor SLA compliance and service‑related activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and records.
• Assist with risk, issue, dependency and change tracking.
• Help document scope changes and change requests.
• Coordinate activities between teams in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Support knowledge transfer, handover and project closure.
• Escalate significant delays, issues or risks to the Project Manager and management.
• Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bahraini nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, software implementation or IT operations.
• Experience supporting IT/software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating with technology vendors, partners and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of software development and implementation processes.
