IT Project Coordinator

About the role

An IT Project Coordinator position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is open to candidates with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or management information systems and 1 to 7 years of experience. The role covers planning, tracking and supporting IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Organize, attend and take part in stakeholder meetings, chair and facilitate them when appropriate, and distribute minutes
• Prepare presentation materials and document important actions and decisions from meetings
• Ensure project deadlines are met, determine project changes and develop project strategies
• Assess project risks and issues and propose solutions, managing stakeholder views toward the best outcome
• Keep project documentation complete and ensure projects follow their frameworks
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required
• Create a project management calendar for each goal and objective

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or MIS
• 1 to 7 years of experience
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
