Junior Civil Engineer – Industrial Design (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a Civil and Structural Engineer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join the Industry & Energy Division. The role focuses on engineering design for industrial projects from a civil and structural perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CSA projects covering basic and detailed design, adhering to NEON standards.
• Prepare civil and structural calculations in line with local and international codes.
• Design steel and concrete structures for industrial plants.
• Perform design, analysis, and calculations of foundations for buildings and equipment.
• Utilize structural design software, preferably SAP 2000.
• Apply geotechnical knowledge to support project requirements.
• Support business growth across various functions.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• 1‑6 years of experience in industrial engineering/design projects.
• Proficiency with SAP 2000 structural software.
• Advanced English and Arabic language skills; native Arabic preferred.
• Basic Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Valid SCE membership matching experience level.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the Kingdom and work in a multinational environment.
• IELTS score of 5.5+ or equivalent is advantageous.
