About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior IT Specialist to join our team and grow their career in Information Technology.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and technical support.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their use in IT support, automation, and productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools.
