Junior Supply Chain Specialist – Healthcare (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Supply Chain Specialist to support the operations of a leading healthcare clinic network in Riyadh. The role involves managing medical and non‑medical inventory, coordinating procurement, and ensuring accurate documentation to keep clinical services running smoothly. This is a hands‑on position ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of hospital or clinic experience who wish to develop their supply‑chain expertise in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming medical and non‑medical supplies while maintaining precise records.
• Monitor inventory levels, set reorder points and safety stock, and prevent stock‑outs.
• Issue supplies to clinical teams following standard operating procedures and proper documentation.
• Coordinate procurement requests with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure correct storage, labeling, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Update inventory records in ERP systems and MS Excel, generate reports, and support month‑end reconciliations.
• Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in improving inventory processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospital or clinic supply receiving, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas.
• ERP systems – inventory or procurement modules.
• Microsoft Office suite.
