About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to lead modern trade sales operations for our FMCG portfolio in Riyadh. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key modern trade customers, achieving sales targets, and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade customers across the region
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in‑store activities
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and identify opportunities
- Lead, guide, and train the sales team to improve performance and skills
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies
- Monitor pricing, product visibility, and in‑market execution
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and plans
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in modern trade
- Strong understanding of sales, trade marketing, and key account management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- English required; Arabic preferred
