Kids Club Entertainer / Animator – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the world‑class Raffles The Red Sea resort as a Kids Club Entertainer/Animator, delivering memorable, safe, and engaging experiences for children and their families. You will create a vibrant, inclusive environment that reflects the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service to children and parents, ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
• Design and lead daily entertainment programmes, including games, arts & crafts, storytelling, sports and themed events for various age groups.
• Maintain safety and child‑protection protocols, manage sign‑in/out procedures, and report any incidents promptly.
• Keep the Kids Club area clean, organized, and well‑maintained; monitor inventory and sanitize equipment.
• Collaborate with Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in resort events, seasonal programmes and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, hospitality or recreational setting (luxury experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic, creative and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work with children of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds.
