L2 Application Support Engineer Mobile & Web

About the role

The L2 Application Support Engineer will lead the day‑to‑day technical support operations for both web and mobile platforms. Acting as the technical authority for the L2 tier, you will bridge L1 support and L3 engineering, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting of ReactJS UI bugs, browser compatibility issues, and state‑management problems.
• Debug React Native and Flutter crashes, handle iOS/Android platform‑specific issues, and manage version mismatches.
• Investigate Spring Boot logs, API failures, and database performance bottlenecks.
• Lead “War Room” sessions for P1/P2 incidents and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and collaborate with L3/DevOps to implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor system health using ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic and configure alerts for API latency and crash rates.
• Maintain technical knowledge base and support documentation for React, Flutter, and Spring Boot components.
• Assist with hot‑fix and release deployments, performing post‑release sanity checks across all platforms.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in technical/application support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, and clear English communication.
• ITIL Foundation certification and optional AWS/Azure or Java/React certifications.
