Lab Technician – Fine Fragrance (Saudization)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lab Technician to join our fine fragrance team in Riyadh. The role supports multiple laboratories, ensures timely preparation of evaluations, and assists with shipping and testing activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Application and Home Care Technical Labs.
• Assist with shipping activities during periods of high demand or when primary team members are unavailable.
• Prepare and set up evaluations for the Home Care Technical Team according to time‑sensitive schedules.
• Support the Lab Supervisor with viscosity and titration testing.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or technical laboratory environment.
• Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
