Laundry Supervisor

About the role

As a Laundry Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the daily laundry and uniform operations, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of hospitality through clean linens and well‑maintained uniforms. You will be the point of contact for the laundry team, driving efficiency and quality while embodying Hilton’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise the Laundry and Uniform team to guarantee a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms.
• Manage uniform ordering, distribution and inventory for all team members.
• Oversee linen processing activities such as collection, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding and storage.
• Monitor linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and produce regular production reports.
• Assign machinery, equipment and work areas, track hourly production metrics and maintain equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement corrective actions.
