Lead, Global Brand Experience

About the role

Snap Inc is seeking a Lead for the Global Brand Experience team to bring Snapchat’s brand to life in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to design and deliver high‑impact events and activations across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of GBX MENA to shape and execute regional brand experience strategy.
• Lead conceptualization and execution of high‑impact events, activations, and programs, focusing on KSA.
• Develop a regional roadmap of experiences showcasing Snap’s products and technology.
• Create strategic activations that drive client engagement and revenue growth.
• Produce comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution from ideation to on‑site delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, and production partners.
• Track budgets and financial performance for GBX MENA initiatives.
• Measure and optimize event ROI to ensure business impact.

Required profile

• Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of vendor, venue, and agency contracts.
• Established network within Riyadh and the KSA events ecosystem.
• Proven experience delivering partner‑driven activations and navigating legal frameworks.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep awareness of regional cultural moments and industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Apple tools.
• Experience with emerging AI platforms.
