Lead Procurement Analyst

About the role

The Lead Procurement Analyst will own and drive all procurement activities for stc, ensuring cost‑effective service delivery in line with corporate strategy and service level agreements. Reporting to the supervising director, the role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management and cross‑functional collaboration to support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes, from RFP creation to supplier selection and contract signing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with the supervising director.
• Evaluate purchasing requests, classify them by risk and value, and assign to analysts.
• Manage SLAs for tendered and non‑tendered change orders and monitor spend categories.
• Track market trends, competitive pressures and supply risks, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier catalogue and segmentation criteria.
• Identify and implement procurement synergies across subsidiaries.
• Prepare business cases, demand forecasts and consumption trend analyses.
• Collaborate with other business units to prioritize sourcing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and people‑management capabilities.
• Business acumen with a focus on cost optimisation.

Required skills
