About the role

The Learning Entertainment Center Host creates a fun, safe, and engaging environment for young guests at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. This role focuses on delivering age‑appropriate educational experiences through play, supporting children’s development while ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured yet flexible learning activities that combine play‑based learning, literacy, numeracy and creative arts.
• Develop age‑appropriate lesson plans and educational programs tailored to varied learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and risk‑free environment for all children attending the center.
• Engage with guests to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for families.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to integrate the center’s offerings with overall guest services.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Ability to create structured yet adaptable learning environments.
• Experience designing age‑appropriate educational activities.
• Strong understanding of play‑based learning methodologies.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
