Leasing Manager

About the role

Eyewa, the leading MENA omnichannel eyewear retailer, is expanding its retail footprint across Saudi Arabia. The Leasing Manager will drive the identification, evaluation and acquisition of new store locations, ensuring they align with the company’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential retail locations across Saudi Arabia using market research, demographics, footfall and visibility criteria.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to assess commercial viability of prospective sites.
• Visit and evaluate potential sites in priority cities and developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall operators, developers, brokers and other real‑estate partners.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rent, service charges, rent‑free periods, fit‑out periods, escalations and exclusivity clauses.
• Manage the full leasing process from site identification through internal approval, documentation and contract execution.
• Prepare site proposals and recommendations using commercial, demographic and competitor data.
• Maintain an active pipeline of locations, manage renewals, renegotiations and terminations for existing stores.
• Develop and monitor leasing budgets, track costs and ensure commercial efficiency.
• Collaborate with Retail, Finance, Legal, Expansion and Projects teams to support timely store openings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in retail or commercial real‑estate leasing.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercially favourable lease agreements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and feasibility assessments.
