Legal Associate – Corporate Law (Arabic & English)

About the role

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to support its corporate law practice. The role involves handling a variety of commercial transactions, drafting legal documents, and providing advice to both local and regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Analyze complex legal documents, propose amendments, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support due‑diligence processes and assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for litigation and arbitration matters.
• Develop work plans, allocate tasks, track billable hours, and manage files against timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct legal research on Saudi law, Sharia principles, and relevant regulations.
• Write articles and legal newsletters to enhance institutional knowledge and client communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia (LL.M preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Excellent legal drafting ability in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with legal‑tech tools for document and task management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia, commercial and corporate law, compliance, and litigation/arbitration procedures.
• Ability to provide accurate advice, analyze complex transactions, and propose innovative solutions.
