Legal Consultant – Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant specialized in litigation to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage litigation matters from inception through judgment, representing clients before Saudi courts and judicial authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on litigation cases from initiation through final judgment.
• Represent clients before courts and judicial authorities, attend hearings, and conduct pleadings.
• Provide legal consultations and draft, review, and advise on legal memoranda, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Prepare accurate and high‑quality legal reports and submissions in line with professional standards.
• Apply Saudi laws and regulations to litigation matters and disputes.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from authoritative legal sources.
• Identify legal risks and propose appropriate legal solutions.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date legal records and case files.
• Collaborate effectively with the legal team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and a valid practice license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation roles within governmental entities or law firms representing governmental entities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
