Level 2 Application Support Engineer

About the role

A well-established IT company is looking for an experienced Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join its on-site technical team in Riyadh. The role supports enterprise applications, troubleshoots production issues, monitors system performance and helps keep business-critical applications reliable. The position is full-time, and the estimated salary is SAR 9,000 to SAR 13,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for enterprise applications and production systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents within agreed service-level requirements.
• Monitor application performance, spot potential issues and maintain system stability.
• Work with software development and infrastructure teams to diagnose and fix technical incidents.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions and support activities.
• Track recurring problems and help improve services continuously.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 3 to 4+ years of experience in Level 2 application support, production support or a related technical role.
• Native-level Arabic fluency and a good command of English.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced technical environment and work with cross-functional teams.
