Lobby Lounge Server

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the Kingdom Tower in the heart of the capital, is hiring a Lobby Lounge Server. The server creates exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized, attentive and intuitive service in the hotel's signature venue, which offers refined all-day dining, signature beverages and the renowned Four Seasons afternoon tea.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings and give guests thoughtful recommendations.
• Know the Lobby Lounge menu well, including beverages, afternoon tea, light meals and seasonal specialties.
• Anticipate guest needs, engage in meaningful interactions and maintain Four Seasons service standards.

Required profile

• Saudi National only, in line with the hotel's localization commitments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Ability to carry and balance trays safely.
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
