Logistics Supervisor

About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor you will manage government‑related processes and documentation that support customs clearance, transportation and vehicle registration activities for Al‑Futtaim Automotive in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with internal teams and external authorities to ensure all logistics transactions are accurate, efficient and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage government documentation and processes for customs clearance, transportation and logistics operations.
• Liaise with authorities to issue and renew licences, permits, registrations and other required documents.
• Monitor and operate key e‑services platforms such as Tamm, Fasah, Saudi Customs and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Support customs activities by issuing broker authorisations, bayans, pledges and maintaining customs card records.
• Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfers and traffic police services, including tracking violations and arranging payments.
• Prepare regular updates and reports, highlighting risks, delays and opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in government relations and/or logistics operations, particularly in transportation and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian government relations processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work with official digital platforms and maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
