Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead will oversee regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and supply‑chain execution across the Western Province, acting as the bridge between Jeddah ground operations and the Riyadh headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region.
• Supervise the regional operations team, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Manage warehouse, fleet, and fulfillment activities, coordinating with Riyadh HQ.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform, including scheduling, vehicle assignment and on‑time order closing.
• Develop SOPs, drive process improvements and adopt new automation tools.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of operations experience, preferably in logistics or construction supply chain.
• Proven leadership of distributed field teams.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of KSA transport regulations and Fasah permits.
