Loyalty & Partnerships Director

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Loyalty & Partnerships Director to shape and drive our loyalty programme across multiple channels. You will lead the design, execution and continuous improvement of customer‑centric loyalty propositions while building a robust ecosystem of commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty strategy aligned with growth and engagement goals.
• Design, launch and optimise loyalty programmes, rewards, benefits and customer experiences.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships across retail, travel, entertainment, financial services and other sectors.
• Drive member acquisition, engagement, personalisation and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Commercial and Customer Experience teams to maximise programme performance.
• Build business cases, financial models and monitor economics, redemption trends and ROI.
• Identify monetisation opportunities and enhance commercial value of the loyalty ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Loyalty and Partnerships team.
• Provide executive‑level reporting, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in loyalty programmes, customer engagement or CRM.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale loyalty ecosystems and strategic partnership networks.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving profitability and revenue contribution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and senior‑executive communication skills.
