Manager – FAAS Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets (Riyadh)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager in FAAS Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets to lead engagements for capital markets clients across the MENA region, based in Riyadh. The role involves providing audit and accounting advisory services for IPOs, debt issuances and other capital raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize audit expertise to deliver high‑quality technical accounting support.
• Lead and manage transaction accounting projects, coaching team members.
• Collaborate with audit teams and clients to develop risk‑based strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations and EY policies.
• Maintain compliance with internal EY standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Build and expand professional networks across international offices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in a consulting firm, audit or accounting advisory.
• Experience conducting audits; PCAOB audit experience preferred.
• CPA, CA or ACCA certification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.
• Experience supporting clients in capital‑raise transactions.
• Proven management skills to lead, mentor and evaluate teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
