Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for building efficient production systems. In this role you will design, document, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate improvement ideas into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Identify and recommend methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste of materials and utilities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support production processes and evaluate potential changes.
• Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement projects using Lean tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced setting.
