Marketing Communications Manager

About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of brand‑centric marketing and communications initiatives across internal and external channels. This role ensures consistent brand representation, drives visibility, and supports commercial objectives for venues and events.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistent brand application across all touchpoints, both internal and external.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns, including partnership announcements, thought‑leadership activities, and social media content.
- Develop and support venue‑specific marketing strategies, defining market positioning, brand identity, promotional approaches, and audience engagement plans.
- Deliver PR and communications strategies to strengthen corporate reputation and protect brand integrity.
- Manage media relations: press outreach, releases, interview coordination, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with communications guidelines and policies for external engagements.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, identify risks, and recommend response actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align messaging and execute communications initiatives on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within sports, entertainment, or related sectors.
- Strong background in sports marketing, events promotion, or platform‑based brand building.
- Proven expertise in media relations and reputation management.
- Experience leading workstreams independently with direct reporting to senior leadership.
- Track record developing and executing marketing strategies for venues, events, or large‑scale live‑entertainment projects.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align global and local partner expectations.
- Professional English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Saudi national/native Arabic speaker with strong Arabic writing capability.
