Marketing Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with solid banking experience to lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital and creative channels in Saudi Arabia. The role bridges banking stakeholders, creative teams, media partners and internal functions to deliver compliant, performance‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with banking clients and internal units, translating business goals into marketing roadmaps.
• Coordinate creative, content, media, product and compliance teams to launch integrated campaigns.
• Prepare and present marketing plans, performance reports and executive updates.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel strategies including paid media, social, SEO/SEM, email, content and in‑branch/OOH.
• Lead content and creative brief development, ensuring messaging meets brand and regulatory standards.
• Manage agencies and vendors, negotiate scopes, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all communications comply with Saudi banking regulations and legal requirements.
• Own marketing budgets, allocate spend by channel and track ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5‑6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in banking/financial services in KSA or GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and strong command of English.
• Deep understanding of Saudi consumer insights and banking product marketing.
• Proven experience managing agencies, budgets and performance‑driven campaigns.
