Marketing Manager – Beautyworld Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Beautyworld Riyadh to lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for one of the region's leading beauty industry exhibitions. This strategic, hands‑on role combines creativity, data and market insight to drive qualified visitor attendance, support exhibitor acquisition and strengthen the Beautyworld brand in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, PR and media partnerships to attract visitors and exhibitors.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and audience developments to identify new opportunities.
• Develop campaign messaging and oversee creative assets ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead audience segmentation and content planning for targeted visitor and exhibitor groups.
• Manage campaign schedules, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate and optimise marketing budget across channels to maximise ROI.
• Implement data‑driven acquisition strategies and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, operations, PR and other internal teams to support growth of Beautyworld Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, digital marketing, analytics and reporting.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers.
• Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Experience in exhibitions, large‑scale events or the Middle East is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related field.
