Marketing Manager – Connected Care (META)

About the role

The Marketing Manager, Connected Care – META will lead the regional marketing agenda for BD’s Connected Care portfolio across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. Reporting to the VP, the role drives demand creation, market development and portfolio growth while translating global strategies into locally relevant actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Connected Care META marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional business objectives.
• Lead the creation of annual operating plans, budget allocation and growth initiatives.
• Identify emerging customer needs, healthcare trends, competitive dynamics and market opportunities across the region.
• Support market‑shaping initiatives, strategic partnerships and launch excellence for new products.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including launch readiness, commercialization, portfolio optimization and end‑of‑life planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure commercial enablement and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare marketing, with a proven record of leading regional marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
