Marketing & Sales Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead the promotion and distribution of SAUDICO’s construction material portfolio across the Saudi market, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and additional sales channels within the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, developers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage and expand the company's customer and distributor network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and commercial plans.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry‑related events.
• Support the development and management of the sales and marketing team in line with business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the building materials sector, with at least 5 years in the Saudi market.
• Proven experience with mortar, dry‑mix mortar, tile adhesives, grouts, plaster, cementitious products or similar.
• Established professional relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers and industry stakeholders.
• Track record of achieving sales growth and developing new business.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (preferred).
