Marketing Specialist – B2B & B2C Growth Driver

About the role

You will be the primary growth driver and marketing powerhouse, executing strategic plans across real estate, digital platforms, logistics, and B2B services. The role focuses on targeted ad campaigns, channel optimisation and lead generation to meet sector‑specific objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track Go‑To‑Market plans for B2B and B2C products and features.
• Create content calendars, write and review marketing copy, and adapt messaging for each audience.
• Produce creative briefs, coordinate with design, video, tech, sales and operations teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing studies and trend tracking for real‑estate projects.
• Translate product features into clear marketing messages to drive user acquisition.
• Analyse customer journeys, optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Define target audiences, budgets and run A/B tests on creatives, offers and landing pages.
• Monitor and optimise KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate lead quality and support email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
• Oversee SEO activities and keyword optimisation.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain social media accounts and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Proven experience in real‑estate marketing, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C business models.
