Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join NDP Investment’s dynamic team in Saudi Arabia to design and execute marketing strategies that enhance client brand positioning and communication goals. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with internal and client teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare comprehensive marketing plans.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and content.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media and email marketing.
• Support sales initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with client service and PR teams to align efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand positioning.
• Background in sales support and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
