Mathematics Teacher – Full‑time, On‑site in Doha

About the role

The school in Doha is seeking a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join its full‑time faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives, supporting a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver mathematics lessons for assigned grade levels.
• Create and adapt teaching materials, assignments and examinations.
• Assess student progress through regular testing and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school initiatives and professional development activities.
• Communicate student performance to parents or guardians and participate in staff meetings.

Required profile

• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
• Qualified Teacher status with recognized teaching credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills and ability to support diverse learners.
• Effective communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Prior experience in an international or multicultural school setting is an advantage.
