Media Specialist

About the role

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is looking for a Media Specialist to support the Operations and Maintenance Project for Riyadh Municipality – AMANA. The role involves preparing media reports, managing press coverage, and creating compelling content that showcases project progress and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive media reports and press coverage for the Riyadh Municipality Operations and Maintenance Project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders in Riyadh.
• Create engaging content for print, digital, and social media platforms, highlighting project milestones.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage related to the company’s projects, focusing on municipal activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to gather accurate information.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and interviews as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media relations for municipal projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in media, journalism, or a similar role, preferably within government entities.
• Proficiency with computer programs used for media production and reporting.
• Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of media law and ethics in Saudi Arabia.
