About the role

The Bare Beauty Clinic in Jeddah is seeking a Saudi‑national Consultant Dermatologist to assume the role of Medical Director. This senior leadership position combines clinical excellence with strategic oversight of a growing premium dermatology and aesthetic practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all medical services and ensure robust clinical governance across the clinic.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health, SCFHS, and CBAHI standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the medical team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Design and implement clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Recruit high‑caliber medical professionals and support their continuous development.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of Bare Beauty Clinic in the aesthetic market.

Required profile

• Saudi national with an active SCFHS Consultant Dermatologist registration.
• Extensive experience in dermatology, laser procedures, and aesthetic medicine.
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.
