Medical Oncologist

About the role

The Medical Oncologist will deliver expert clinical care to participants of Haraakah’s corporate wellness programs who need specialized oncology support. This full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh involves assessment, diagnosis, and management of cancer‑related conditions within a multidisciplinary wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized cancer treatment plans.
• Coordinate chemotherapy and radiation therapy with partner facilities.
• Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust therapies according to best‑practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with wellness, sports medicine, and occupational health teams to integrate medical guidance into program activities.
• Contribute to health‑education initiatives and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with residency completion.
• Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.
• Valid medical license (or ability to obtain) to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered care and evidence‑based practice.
