Merchandiser – In‑Store Brand Execution

About the role

Join Kimberly‑Clark’s team responsible for iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, and Cottonelle®. As a Merchandiser you will execute in‑store activities that boost product visibility, availability, and sales across assigned retail outlets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product placement according to planograms and agreements.
• Maintain shelf availability (no out‑of‑stock) for all SKUs and implement FIFO rotation.
• Set up POS materials, promotions, end‑caps, gondolas, and special displays.
• Visit assigned outlets daily following a structured route plan and build strong relationships with store managers.
• Monitor competitor activities, promotions, pricing, and visibility.
• Support sales teams in executing in‑store promotions and identify opportunities to increase shelf space.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on SKU availability, share of shelf, and competitor insights using mobile tools.

Required profile

• Diploma degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG sales.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Basic English proficiency.
