MH-60R Aviation Logs and Records Clerk

About the role

Amentum is hiring an MH-60 Aircraft Logs and Records Clerk in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role manages and sustains aircraft logbooks, aeronautical equipment service records, maintenance files, reports, directives and correspondence in line with CNAFINST 4790.2 series and applicable instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft forms and records using the current management information systems
• Draft and submit aircraft/engine management and inventory reporting system reports, and prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports
• Process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program and verify aircraft utilization reports
• Monitor aircraft configuration status, weight and balance and inventory data for accuracy
• Initiate and distribute maintenance forms, assist in preparing the Monthly Maintenance Plan, and log support equipment custody, armament equipment, inventory and technical directive records
• Provide technical assistance and guidance, and perform data entry in NALCOMIS OOMA, MH-60R AME, IMDS, CETADS and CEMS
• Follow FOD, hazardous waste and tool control programs, and comply with safety rules; lift up to 50 lbs and work occasionally in hangars and shops

Required profile

• Two years of aviation clerical experience maintaining aircraft logbooks and service records, or equivalent training
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
• Ability to work all shifts and schedules, and to obtain and maintain a NAC(T3) background investigation and drug test (secret clearance may be required)
• Prior military personnel must provide a DD214 with an honorable discharge

Required skills

• NALCOMIS OOMA, AME, IMDS, CETADS, CEMS (highly desired)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel; typing at least 35 wpm
• English reading, writing and communication skills
• Preferred: US Navy and/or FAA logbook experience, knowledge of MH-60R/S, F/A-18, EA-18G, E-2C and F-16ND aircraft
