Multiple MEP & ELV Roles for Mega Projects in Qatar & Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple senior positions across Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Testing & Commissioning, and Estimation to deliver large‑scale MEP and ELV projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP and ELV project delivery from initiation through completion.
• Oversee planning, procurement, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, variations, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and implement recovery plans where required.
• Ensure quality assurance, quality control, and HSE compliance across all phases.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close‑out activities.
• Drive project efficiency, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 10–25+ years of relevant experience, depending on the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Mandatory experience in MEP and/or ELV projects.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale building projects and developments.
• Strong knowledge of international construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• GCC or Middle East project experience highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, PMI‑SP, NEBOSH, LEED, or equivalent are an advantage.
