Murex Back Office Developer

About the role

A leading Saudi Arabian bank is looking for a Murex Back Office Developer to join its strategic Greenfield implementation program. The role combines deep technical expertise on the Murex MX.3 platform with strong business knowledge, especially in collateral management, to design and deliver back‑office workflows and interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure back‑office solutions within the Murex platform.
• Develop and customize Murex reports and task flows using the MxML Exchange framework.
• Manage the full lifecycle of requirements: analysis, implementation, testing, user acceptance and production deployment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to production support teams.
• Collaborate with QA to review test cases, analyse defects and guide Murex configuration.
• Work with development teams to optimise workflow implementations and automate operational processes.
• Engage business stakeholders to discuss processing requirements and implementation outcomes.
• Develop custom solutions for processes not covered by the standard Murex task library.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Murex MxML and back‑office domain.
• Strong understanding of Murex architecture, post‑trade workflows and collateral management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering solutions for structured products across FX, Fixed Income, Money Markets and derivatives.
