Night Auditor – Hotel Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Night Auditor to join our hotel finance team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate nightly financial reconciliations while delivering exceptional service to our guests during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Read the Night Auditor logbook for instructions from the Income Auditor.
• Verify approvals for complimentary rooms, late check‑outs, and day‑use room charges.
• Print and reconcile business call journals, ensuring all long‑distance calls and faxes have proper authorization vouchers.
• Validate guest ledger charges from concessionaires and review room‑rate variance reports.
• Post daily room and tax entries, generate revenue reports, and split service charges and taxes.
• Print and tally reports with supporting vouchers (e.g., visa income, Marhaba charges, miscellaneous income).
• Export Micros revenue to Opera live data, run pre‑audit backups, and maintain daily revenue files.

Required profile

• Degree in hotel management or accounting.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
