Night Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is looking for a Night Supervisor to join its Night Operations Team. The Night Supervisor supervises the guest relations team, leads by example and ensures that the guest journey is anticipated and delivered to the highest standard, while keeping the department running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the guest relations team and lead by example
• Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• Show patience, empathy and the right personality to host the late shift
• Work proactively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department

Required profile

• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively
• Passion for creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Likes having fun at work
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
